Order Processing & Payment
- All orders placed on carsnevis.xyz are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email after placing an order, including the order number and summary. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for easy monitoring.
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure payment methods to ensure a safe checkout experience.
- All transactions are encrypted and secured to protect customer information. We do not store credit card details after payment processing.

- Express Shipping: Customers can choose an expedited shipping option at checkout for faster delivery (2-4 business days). Additional fees apply.
- Tracking Orders: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time.

Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping (when applicable).
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional charge.
- Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Order Modification & Cancellation
We understand that sometimes changes need to be made after an order is placed. Below is our policy regarding modifications and cancellations:
- Order Modifications: Customers can modify their order (change size, color, or shipping details) within 12 hours after placing it. After this period, changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placement. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers must follow our return policy to receive a refund.
- Pre-Orders: For items that are available for pre-order, estimated shipping times will be mentioned on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item becomes out of stock after purchase, customers will be notified via email, and they will have the option to:
- Choose an alternative item of equal value.
- Receive a full refund to the original payment method.
